Top 10 Missionary Tactics

Sami Zaatari

Indeed in our current day, Christian missionaries are working harder than ever to try and win over Muslim converts, so therefore I thought it would be helpful to point out the top 10 tricks that these missionaries apply to try and trick the Muslim over to their side.

Tactic # 1: The Quran says the Bible is true and not corrupted

This tactic is becoming one of the missionaries most favourite argument to use, that the Quran calls the Bible the truth, and that it is un-corrupt. Indeed the implications are obvious, if the Quran calls the Bible true and uncorrupted, then we should become Christians and believe in Jesus’ death amongst other Christian beliefs. It must be said though, that the reason why missionaries are using this argument more and more is because they have literally lost all hope of converting mass amounts of Muslims through the Bible, Christian missionaries know that most Muslims simply don’t buy into the Christian doctrine, or the Bible, so the only resort they have is to try and use the Quran to try and convince the Muslims into believing the Bible.

So now to the argument, does the Quran actually confirm the Bible, the present day one we have? Off course not, the Quran confirms the ORIGINAL Bible and revelation given to Moses, Jesus, and the other prophets. All major textual scholars have agreed that the Bible contains no original manuscripts, that all the manuscripts are copies of copies of copies of copies of other manuscripts, the originals virtually do not exist nor will they ever pop up. So with that said, the Quran does not confirm the present day corrupted Bible, as I said, it confirms the original revelations given to the prophets.

The Quran does call the present day Bible as being corrupted, starting with the Christian scripture:

004.157
YUSUFALI: That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah”;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

So notice, according to the Quran the Christians follow nothing but conjecture, corruption, and I ask, what do the Christians follow? They follow the New Testament, this is the book that claims that Jesus died, and rose from the dead, the Quran calls this corruption.

What about the present day Jewish scripture? The Quran says:

002.079
YUSUFALI: Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say:”This is from Allah,” to traffic with it for miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby.

So according to the Quran the Jews wrote their own writings and then claimed it was from God. Lastly, here is what Ibn Abbas said regarding the both the Jewish and Christian scripture:

Volume 9, Book 92, Number 461:

Narrated Ubaidullah:

Ibn ‘Abbas said, “Why do you ask the people of the scripture about anything while your Book (Quran) which has been revealed to Allah’s Apostle is newer and the latest? You read it pure, undistorted and unchanged, and Allah has told you that the people of the scripture (Jews and Christians) changed their scripture and distorted it, and wrote the scripture with their own hands and said, ‘It is from Allah,’ to sell it for a little gain. Does not the knowledge which has come to you prevent you from asking them about anything? No, by Allah, we have never seen any man from them asking you regarding what has been revealed to you!”

HAMAS’ POPULARITY SOARING FOLLOWING ISRAEL’S GAZA BLITZ

By Khalid Amayreh in Ramallah

The latest public opinion survey in the West Bank and Gaza Strip has shown a dramatic rise in Hamas’ popularity among Palestinians, with a significant decline in Fatah’s public standing.

Moreover, the poll showed that a majority of Palestinians believed that the advent of the Obama administration in the U.S. wouldn’t make a big difference with regard to American efforts to resolve the Palestinian issue.

According to the poll, Turkey, Venezuela and Iran as well as Hezbullah are the most popular regional forces among Palestinians.

The results of the latest poll, conducted by the Jerusalem Media and Communications Center (JMCC) from 29-31 January, showed that nearly 48 % of respondents believed that Hamas came out of the Israeli blitz against Gaza victorious. Nearly 10 per cent opined that Israel won the war, while over a third of respondents, 37.4% said that neither side achieved victory.

The poll, surveying a random sample of 1,198 respondents, found a dramatic rise in the popularity of Hamas, especially in the West Bank.

In contrast, the popularity of the Fatah movement suffered a significant decline, especially in the West Bank.

When asked if general Palestinian elections were held today, 28.6% of respondents said they would vote for Hamas. Fatah’s standing declined from 34% last April to 27.9 in this poll.

According to the latest poll, trust in Hamas rose from 16.6% last November to 27.7 % in this poll. In contrast, the percentage of those who said they trusted Fatah fell down from 31.3% to 26%.

Reporting from Madrid — In a move that could inject a new international actor into the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the International Criminal Court will examine requests to investigate alleged war crimes during the recent combat in the Gaza Strip, its chief prosecutor said Wednesday.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, chief prosecutor of the Netherlands-based court, said he had decided to consider an investigation after the Palestinian Authority accepted the jurisdiction of the court last week.

Israel’s ambassador to Sweden, Benny Dagan, was the victim of a shoe-throwing incident at a lecture at Stockholm University on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident took place as Dagan was delivering a speech about Israel’s upcoming elections.

At the time, there were about 50 spectators in the lecture hall, which was also being guarded by police.

“Two of the spectators suddenly began throwing objects at the ambassador. It was a shoe and one or several books. One of the objects did hit the ambassador,” said police spokesperson Bengt Hellström to the TT news agency.

The two people, a 35-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, were arrested immediately following the incident, according to police.

They are suspected of assault and creating a public disturbance.

Israelis forced mother to choose which of her children would die

Israelis forced mother to choose which of her children would die

Written by http://www.daily.pk

An eyewitness account of the horrors of the aftermath from Barbara Lubin of the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA)

I entered the Gaza Strip on Wednesday night with my friend and fellow activist Sharon Wallace after waiting ten hours at the Egypt/Gaza. The destruction and trauma is even greater than I expected.

In just two short days I met with families who were given minutes to evacuate their homes and are now living in overcrowded UN schools; I saw the ruins of bombed greenhouses; I looked out the window at fields and roads torn up by the tread of Israeli tanks; and I visited two universities where MECA supports students with scholarships-severely damaged by Israeli bombs.

Out of all the devastation I have seen so far, there is one story in particular that I think the world needs to hear. I met a mother who was at home with her ten children when Israeli soldiers entered the house. The soldiers told her she had to choose five of her children to “give as a gift to Israel.” As she screamed in horror they repeated the demand and told her she could choose or they would choose for her. Then these soldiers murdered five of her children in front of her. The concept of “Jewish morality” is truly dead. We can be fascists, terrorists, and Nazis just like everybody else.

I spent the first morning visiting Rafah then drove north to Nuseirat Refugee Camp where our partner organization Afaq Jadeeda Association is buying food a delivering cooked meal to displaced families with funds MECA provided. Then to Gaza City.

Today I visited Jabaliya Refugee Camp and the Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City, two of the areas hardest hit by Israel’s brutal attacks. Pharmacies, schools, and homes were indiscriminately hit in Jabaliya. Mohammed, one of our volunteers in Gaza, and his family were forced to evacuate their home because of intense bombing in their area.

In Zaytoun, I saw families gathering wood from charred trees. The almost two-year blockade of Gaza has deprived people of cooking gas, so these terrified families build fires to keep warm and cook the little food they can get.

I talked to people on the street who told stories of wild dogs coming to eat their dead neighbors, relatives bleeding to death because Israel would not allow emergency workers into the area, and Israeli soldiers entering homes to beat and kill.

But despite the immense mourning and devastation, people are starting to put their lives back together. Sabreen, a young woman from Rafah, told me, “We are a strong people. No matter how many times Israel bombs us we are not leaving. We will keep trying to live as normal a life as possible.”

Sincerely,

Barbara Lubin
Gaza City

This update was issued and MECA and Barbara Lubin have asked that it be circulated with the letter.

Feb 5, 2009

JERUSALEM (AFP) – A total of 548 Palestinians are detained without trial in Israel, including 42 who have been held for over two years, the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem said on Thursday.

Among the Palestinians detained without trail, two have been held for four and a half years, B’Tselem said in its annual report.

Six of those detained without trial in December were minors, including two girls, the report said.

It said a total of 7,904 Palestinians were in Israeli custody at the end of December.

The report also said that by December 26 Israeli security forces last year killed 455 Palestinians, including 87 minors. It said at least 175 of those killed did not take part in the hostilities. Eighteen Israeli civilians and 10 Israeli troops were killed by Palestinians in the same period, the report said. The figures do not include casualties from the 22-day military offensive Israel launched in Gaza on December 27, which left more than 1,300 Palestinians and 13 Israelis dead.

Corrupt Egyptian system: feeds the IDF, starves Gazans, oppresses journalists

Iqbal Tamimi

gaza-egypt-border-police.jpg

Feb 5, 2009

Once upon an alleged democracy, the Egyptian government decided a couple of days ago to try the journalist Majdi Hussein, the secretary-general of the Egyptian Labour party in a military court – even though he is a civilian – because he broke the law when he tried to “illegally enter the Gaza Strip”.

One wonders what is legal and what is not when it comes to Gaza.  It seems the law in Egypt is extremely elastic and can accommodate all manipulations and tailoring of the law to fit different sizes of growing plots. The good old Egyptian system is abiding by the law to the letter, and that’s why it wants to try a journalist in a military court for entering Gaza ‘illegally’ while the good old authority was providing the Israeli military ‘legally’ with tons of foods through the Gaza crossings while blocking any food sent to the starved to death children of Gaza who were burned to the bone by white phosphorus by that same Israeli army Egypt was feeding.

Bethlehem – Ma’an – At least 600,000 tons of rubble will need to be cleared before Gaza can be reconstructed, estimated UNDP in a report released Wednesday.

The document estimated that 14,000 homes, totaling 2.6 percent of all homes were completely destroyed and 20 percent have sustained light to heavy damage from the fighting.

Also hit were 68 government buildings and 31 NGO complexes or buildings were completely or partially destroyed.

The UNDP called removing the rubble “an ultimate priority,” and noted that the program is hoping for 25 million US dollars will be allocated to removing the rubble.

The program estimated that the project will provide 200,000 days of work for the unemployed in Gaza.

Dangerous work

The program also noted that among the debris are unexploded ordinances, and said an immediate identification and safe removal program must begin as soon as possible.

Coupled with the training for debris removal crews will be public awareness campaigns over military equipment left behind by Israelis and rigged houses set up by resistance fighters.

Understanding Hitler’s Secret Relationship to the House of Rothschild

Introducing Hansjurgen Koehler’s “Fatal File”

In 1999, a book was published entitled “The House of Rothschild: The World’s Banker 1849-1999 “. It was written by Niall Ferguson, who, according to the inside jacket cover, is “the first historian with unrestricted access to all the surviving Rothschild archives.” According to the inside jacket blurb, the book concluded Ferguson’s “myth-breaking portrait of one of the most fascinating and powerful families of modern times”.

It further stated:

“From the Crimea to World War II, wars repeatedly threatened the stability of the Rothschilds’ worldwide empire. Despite these global upheavals, theirs remained the biggest bank in the world up until the First World War, its interests extending far beyond the realm of finance. They controlled a pan-European railway network; they also ran a worldwide mining empire based on Spanish mercury, African gold and diamonds, Burmese rubies and Russian oil. And as the richest family of modern times, they acquired the greatest art collections and built the most sumptuous palaces of the age.”

“Their economic might gave them a unique political leverage. Disraeli and Churchill were their friends, Bismarck and Hitler their foes. Yet the Rothschilds’ failure to establish themselves successfully in the United States proved fateful. As financial power shifted from London to New York after 1914 and as continental Europe fell under the thrall of Marxism and fascism, the Rothschilds’ power waned.”

High-Level CIA Officer: It Is Time to Re-Open the 9/11 Investigation

A decorated 20-year CIA veteran, who Pulitzer-Prize winning investigative reporter Seymour Hersh called “perhaps the best on-the-ground field officer in the Middle East”, and whose astounding career formed the script for the Academy Award winning motion picture Syriana (Robert Baer) said “the evidence points at” 9/11 having had aspects of being an inside job .

He also said, a couple of years ago (during the Bush administration):

There are enough discrepancies and unanswered questions in the 9/11 Commission Report that under a friendly administration, the 9/11 investigation should be re-opened.

Is the Obama administration “friendly” to the truth?

I’m not sure. But it is time to find out.

Baer is one of many high-level intelligence officials who question the official 9/11 story.

Operation Sarkozy : how the CIA placed one of its agents at the presidency of the French Republic

Global Research, September 4, 2008

One should judge Nicolas Sarkozy according to his actions, and not according to his personality. Yet when his doings surprise even his own constituents, it is legitimate to take a detailed look at his biography and question the bonds that brought him to power. Thierry Meyssan has decided to write the truth about the French Republic’s president background. All the information included in this article is provable, except for two assertions signalled by the author who alone takes full responsibility.

Tired of the overextended presidencies of François Mitterrand and Jacques Chirac, the French elected Nicolas Sarkozy counting on his energy to revitalize their country. They were hoping for a break with years of no-change and ideologies of the past. What they got instead was a break with the very principles which founded the French nation, and have been shocked by this “hyper-president”, seizing every day a new dossier, attracting towards him the right and the left wing, and tearing apart all points of reference to the point of creating a total confusion.

Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki’s party sweeps elections

Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki’s party sweeps elections

By Tina Susman and Monte Morin

7:23 AM PST, February 5, 2009

Reporting from Baghdad — Prime Minister Nouri Maliki’s party scored a sweeping victory over rival Shiite Muslim groups in provincial elections as voters rewarded him for security gains and rejected other Shiite parties’ overt religious leanings, according to results released today.

The results, which still must be verified by international and national observers in a process expected to take weeks, were read at a crowded news conference in Baghdad’s fortified Green Zone five days after voting took place. Although the election was peaceful, a suicide bombing hours before the results came out killed 16 people and underscored Iraq’s volatility, particularly in areas where Sunnis, Shiites and Kurds are vying for dominance.

Maliki’s alliance won the most council seats in Baghdad and in the crucial Shiite southern province of Basra, an oil hub that had been dominated by the rival Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council. Though Maliki’s Dawa Party and SIIC both have strong Islamic leanings, Maliki had pushed an anti-sectarian message during the campaign that won over many Iraqis. The Dawa Party’s slate was named Enforcing the Law for the purpose of the election, reinforcing Maliki’s image as a strongman who could bring security to the country.

In Baghdad, Enforcing the Law candidates won 38% of the vote compared to just 5.4% for SIIC. In Basra, Maliki’s slate took 37% of the vote, and SIIC won 11.6%.
