At the time of Christ there were plenty of phony “Jews” around. They were called Samaritans and lived north of Jerusalem. These Sam-Jews should be more aptly called SCAM-Jews because they SUPPLANTED the real Jews in the centuries after Christ!!

Jesus actually had an interview with a Samaritan woman when he journeyed through Samaria:

“Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being  a Jew, asketh drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealing with the Samaritans” (John 4:9).

Then she went on to claim that she was descended from Jacob the great Jewish patriarch:

“Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle” (John 4:12).

But Jesus said unto her:

“Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews”(John 4:22).

Jesus rejected the Samaritans claim of descent from Abraham. He refused to call them Jews:

“Go not unto the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel“ (Matt. 10:5).

One of these Samaritans named Simon had a confrontation with the Apostle Peter in Acts chapter 8 when he tried to buy the gift of God with money. St. Peter literally told him to go to hell:

“But Peter said unto him (Simon Magus), Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money” (Acts 8:20).

This Simon the Sorcerer went to Rome during the reign of Emperor Claudius and was honored as a god with a statue being erected in his honor. This is the SIMON that founded the church of Rome . . . and not the apostle Peter!!

6 February, 2009 On 27th December, Israel carried out a genocidal blitzkrieg against the estimated 1.5 million Palestinian inhabitants of the Gaza Strip, using state-of-the-art of the American technology of death. This deadly weapons used against the imprisoned Gaza inhabitants include , inter alia, F-16 war planes, equipped with all sorts of lethal missiles including bunker buster bombs, apache helicopters, white Phosphorous shells, flechette dart shells, as well as the Dense Inert Metal Explosive (DIME), a deadly weapon recently developed by the United States army to create a powerful and lethal blast over a small area. DIME is believed to still be in the experimental stage. However, it is widely believed that Israel had received a green light from the Pentagon to use Gaza as a testing ground. In addition, Israel used all other conventional weapons, including tank and artillery shells against densely populated neighborhoods. The assault left, amidst an estimated 600,000 tons of concrete rubble, some 1,740 dead (this figure includes more than 350 ‘forgotten’ stillbirths and trauma-caused abortions in Gaza during the 22 days of terror), a figure that increases as the severely injured continue to die. A majority of the victims were civilians, including nearly 900 (again including the stillborn) children, approximately 5,500 severely wounded, and more than one third of the 1.5 million population was displaced while more than 14,000 homes were completely destroyed. Approximately 92,000 Palestinians are still homeless with more than 16,000 living as many as 20 to a small tent without latrines, as supplies remain blocked at the borders. Also bombed were 68 government buildings and 31 NGO complexes, buildings all of which were completely or partially destroyed. Property damage and loss of livelihood has been estimated at close to 2 billion dollars.

Trucks carrying international humanitarian aid to Gaza Hamas tells Press TV that it has settled a row with the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) to resume aid shipments into the Gaza Strip. On Friday, UNRWA announced that it was suspending all import of aid into the Gaza Strip after one of its convoys disappeared on the way to the Palestinian coastal silver. The UN body blamed Hamas for the incident. But Social Affairs Minister in Gaza, Ahmed Al-Kurd, said it was a misunderstanding and the convoy went missing on the Israeli side of the crossing. The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon whose organization failed to stop Israeli deadly attacks on the Strip had immediately issued a statement demanding that Hamas release the goods and refrain from interfering with the distribution of aid in Gaza. “The Secretary-General reiterates the Security Council’s call, in its resolution 1860, for the unimpeded provision and distribution throughout Gaza of humanitarian assistance, including food, fuel and medical treatment. All parties must refrain from interfering with, or hampering the provision and distribution of, urgently needed humanitarian assistance to the civilian population in Gaza,” the statement said. The already impoverished region has been under a tight Israeli blockade for the past 19 months, which has caused an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. The siege deprives Gaza residents from their basic needs including food, fuel, and medicine. Israel blockaded the coastal region after the democratically-elected government of Hamas took control of the Gaza Strip in mid-June 2007. The food and medicine crisis deteriorated during Israel’s aerial seaborne and ground attacks on the beleaguered region, which began on December 27. Israel continued pounding the costal sliver for 23 consecutive days, leaving 1, 330 Palestinians killed and 5,450 others wounded. Hamas fighters have not launched the most recent rocket attacks from inside Gaza and the movement may be edging towards a ceasefire agreement, according to Israeli security officials.

Israel declared a unilateral ceasefire on Jan 18 after fighting a 22-day war in Gaza which claimed about 1,300 lives. The aim was to stop Palestinian guerrillas from bombarding southern Israel – but at least 40 rockets and mortar bombs have been fired since the operation ended, with two exploding yesterday morning.

However, an Israeli security official acquitted Hamas of responsibility for the most recent attacks. “Our intelligence says it’s not them,” he said. Instead, other groups, notably Islamic Jihad, the Popular Resistance Committees and fighters linked to the supposedly moderate Fatah movement are thought to have launched these strikes.

Israeli officials disagree over whether Hamas, which still controls Gaza’s government, is capable of stopping the attacks. Another senior official said that at present, with its organisation shattered by Israel’s offensive, Hamas was probably unable to prevent other groups from firing rockets.

Egypt’s government has been meeting Hamas leaders and Israeli officials to conclude a formal ceasefire agreement. A Hamas delegation left Cairo on Thursday with a draft deal. The key sticking point is over Gaza’s border crossings, which Israel has closed to everything apart from essential aid supplies.

Israel says this will not change unless Hamas frees Gilad Shalit, a soldier captured in 2006. If, however, Israel resumes its operation in Gaza, a senior official said that the options had narrowed. A full scale reoccupation of the territory may then take place, toppling the Hamas regime.

Hamas know that losing Gaza would be a “disaster”, said the official. This threat may force them towards concluding a ceasefire. Hamas has hinted that it might agree an 18-month truce.

The security source affirmed that the attack was the second of its kind, which is located in the same area during the week and only one was targeted by a similar column for several days in the same region, and then led the attack, which also carried an explosive device to destroy the machinery of U.S. troops killed on impact at the time, five soldiers were inside.

Feb 6, 2009 Among the things about the Iraq War that I have never been able to understand is how American Christians have been able, in good conscience, to support this war. After all, no one can deny that neither Iraq nor the Iraqi people ever attacked the United States. That makes the United States the aggressor — the attacker — in this particular conflict. How could American Christians support the killing of Iraqis in such a war of aggression? How could they reconcile this with God’s sacred commandment, Thou shalt not murder. One possibility is that Americans initially viewed the Iraq War as one of self-defense. Placing their trust in their president and vice-president, they came to the conclusion that Iraq was about to unleash WMDs on American cities. Therefore, they concluded, America had the right to defend itself from this imminent attack, much as an individual has the moral right to use deadly force to defend his life from someone who is trying to murder him. But once the WMDs failed to materialize, American Christians did not seem to engage in any remorse or regret over all the Iraqis who had been killed in the invasion. It was all marked up as simply an honest mistake. At the same time, hardly anyone called for a formal investigation into whether the president and the vice president had intentionally misled Americans into supporting the war based on bogus exaggerations of the WMD threat. After the WMDs failed to materialize, American Christians had an option: They could have called for the immediate withdrawal of all U.S. troops. Instead, they did the exact opposite. They supported the continued occupation of Iraq, with full knowledge that U.S. troops would have to continue killing Iraqis in order to solidify the occupation. That’s when Christians began supporting a new rationale for killing Iraqis: that any Iraqi who resisted the U.S. invasion or occupation was a terrorist and, therefore, okay to kill. Since terrorists were bad people, the argument went, it was okay to support the killing of Iraqis who were resisting the invasion and occupation of their country.

How Bush Threatened Britain over torture scandal

In order to prevent any details of its torture record being publicly disseminated, the Bush administration threatened the British government with withdrawal of intelligence sharing if they allowed a court to publish the redacted evidence. Foreign secretary David Miliband denied this on Wednesday, but the letters from the US have been released by Channel 4 News. And their message is unmistakable. The first letter:

“I write with respect to proceedings … regarding Mr Binyam Mohamed,” the letter said. “We note the classified documents identified in your letters of June 16 and August 1, 2008, to the acting general counsel of the Department of Defence … the public disclosure of these documents or of the information contained therein is likely to result in serious damage to US national security and could harm … intelligence information sharing arrangements between our two governments.”

The second:

“Ordering the disclosure of the US intelligence information now would have only the marginal effects of serious and lasting damage to the US-UK intelligence sharing relationship, and thus the national security of the UK …”

That is a threat to hurt the security of a very close ally unless the British government intervenes into a court process to suppress evidence of US torture. In a critical test of the Obama administration, the demand that such evidence be suppressed was reiterated. (I don’t know by whom. Panetta isn’t in place yet. Brennan? Clinton?) And that’s how illegal torture spreads throughout a legal and military system to undermine alliances as well as the rule of law. The poison of Cheney is still in the system. And it will be for a long time. That was the point: the crimes and blunders they committed were such that their successors find themselves, willy nilly, implicated in them.

Binyam Mohamed, a British resident held at the American base, has launched a legal challenge in the High Court in London for documents detailing his treatment to be made public.

However, two judges ruling on the case said that David Miliband, the Foreign Secretary, had advised that releasing the documents could lead to America withdrawing intelligence co-operation.

This, it was warned, could lead to Britons facing a very considerable increase in the dangers they face from terrorism.

The judges reveal that the secret documents at the centre of the case give rise to an arguable case of torture or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment. It is also disclosed that a British intelligence official may have been present when Mr Mohamed alleges he was tortured. The judgement raises the prospect of criminal charges being brought against British officials.

A High Court ruling by two British judges regarding the torture of a Guantánamo detainee has unleashed a major political crisis.

The judges have stated that they have been pressured by the United States into concealing evidence that should be made available in any country governed by the rule of law. This took the form of threats to withdraw security cooperation, instigated under the Bush administration and continued under Barak Obama’s presidency.

Binyam Mohamed, 30, is currently in Guantánamo Bay but is reportedly being prepared for a return to the UK. He states that he was tortured by US agents in Pakistan, Morocco and Afghanistan between 2002 and 2004, and that Britain’s security agencies were complicit.

The High Court judgment on February 4 refused to order the disclosure of the CIA dossier said to contain evidence of his abuse. The document is a report by the US government to the British security services. The ruling followed a submission by the UK Foreign Office.

While calling for the document to be made public, the judges stated that it was not presently in the public interest to publish it, as the US government could “inflict on the citizens of the United Kingdom a very considerable increase in the dangers they face at a time when a serious terrorist threat still pertains”.
