GAZA – The question “Who is it?” was answered with: “The Israel Defense Forces.” Majdi Abed Rabbo, 39, who is a Palestinian Authority (Ramallah) employee and a member of its intelligence apparatus, went down to open the door. Standing there was the son of his neighbors, Mahmoud Daher, and behind him a soldier whose rifle was jammed into Daher’s back. The soldier pushed Daher aside and aimed the rifle at Abed Rabbo.
“He ordered me to pull down my pants. I pulled them down. He demanded that I raise my shirt. I raised it. That I turn around. I turned around,” Abed Rabbo related. And then the room filled up with soldiers. “Twelve, or something like that.”
This was in the morning of Monday, January 5, 2009, about 40 hours after the start of the Israeli ground offensive in Gaza.

Zionist Logic
Malcolm X on Zionism
By Malcolm X (Omowale Malcolm X Shabazz)
Taken from The Egyptian Gazette — Sept. 17, 1964
February 20, 2009 “Information Clearing House” — – The Zionist armies that now occupy Palestine claim their ancient Jewish prophets predicted that in the “last days of this world” their own God would raise them up a “messiah” who would lead them to their promised land, and they would set up their own “divine” government in this newly-gained land, this “divine” government would enable them to “rule all other nations with a rod of iron.”
If the Israeli Zionists believe their present occupation of Arab Palestine is the fulfillment of predictions made by their Jewish prophets, then they also religiously believe that Israel must fulfill its “divine” mission to rule all other nations with a rod of irons, which only means a different form of iron-like rule, more firmly entrenched even, than that of the former European Colonial Powers.

Investigating Bush’s Crimes
By Scott Horton
February 20, 2009 “The Nation” — -When the Obama transition team opened a questions referendum on its popular change.gov website in December, one issue quickly soared to the top. “Will you appoint a Special Prosecutor (ideally Patrick Fitzgerald) to independently investigate the gravest crimes of the Bush Administration, including torture and warrantless wiretapping?” And when Obama stepped to the microphone at his first presidential press conference, the question came again, this time with reference to a Congressional call for a truth commission. Obama’s response: “My view is also that nobody is above the law, and if there are clear instances of wrongdoing, that people should be prosecuted just like any ordinary citizen; but that generally speaking, I’m more interested in looking forward than I am in looking backwards.” The answer was a slight variation on the theme he has struck consistently since the final days of his campaign. But what does it mean with respect to the criminal accountability of Bush-era policy-makers? Many are inclined to hear confirmation of their hopes–Republicans eager to see the disastrous Bush years passed over without more fuss will stress the intention not to “look back,” while Obama supporters who embraced his strong criticism of Bush’s torture and surveillance policies will emphasize his observation that “nobody is above the law.” Others are displeased with the ambiguity and press for a conclusive decision on the question.

Evidence suggests a payoff to Italy for supplying the forged documents Bush famously used to justify launching the Iraq war. Feb 19, 2009 “Obama Confronts a Choice on Copters” read this week’s New York Times. The President soon “will have to decide whether to proceed with some of the priciest aircraft in the world — a new fleet of 28 Marine One helicopters that will each cost more than the last Air Force One….The choice confronting Mr. Obama encapsulates the tension between two imperatives of his nascent presidency, the need to meet the continuing threats of an age of terrorism and the demand for austerity in a period of economic hardship.” |

Listening to neoconservative mastermind Richard Perle at the Nixon Center yesterday, there was a sense of falling down the rabbit hole.
In real life, Perle was the ideological architect of the Iraq war and of the Bush doctrine of preemptive attack. But at yesterday’s forum of foreign policy intellectuals, he created a fantastic world in which:
1. Perle is not a neoconservative.
2. Neoconservatives do not exist.
3. Even if neoconservatives did exist, they certainly couldn’t be blamed for the disasters of the past eight years.
“There is no such thing as a neoconservative foreign policy,” Perle informed the gathering, hosted by National Interest magazine. “It is a left critique of what is believed by the commentator to be a right-wing policy.”

American occupation army announced it will present tomorrow 10.000 wrecked military vehicles which were brought to Iraq to use in attack against Iraqi population. Most of military vehicles were destroyed at Iraqi Resistance strikes and are still being targeted and destructed by the successful resistance.
The occupation army told that presentation of such vehicles will be at the arena of Liberty in Baghdad.
It is worth to remember that American war minister Robert Gates in his visit to Baghdad on 12 January confirmed the ministry gives care of its American soldiers as sending 12.000 military vehicles in an urgent time.
This confession indeed is the confirmation of the strikes of Iraqi Resistance with all factions targeting and destroying enemy forces in Iraq which is very deviously tried to hidden from the media and world community. Whereas Iraqi Resistance records all kinds of operations via cameras and publishes at the internet where it clearly shows direct damage and descruction of tens of thousands of military vehicles throughout Iraq.

OTTAWA — Adil Charkaoui. says he deserves all of his freedom after a federal judge eased some of the strict conditions imposed on the alleged terrorist.
Federal Court Justice Daniele Tremblay-Lamer says some of the restrictions had become disproportionate, given the number of years that had passed since Charkaoui first faced terrorist allegations.
A spokeswoman for a coalition that supports Charkaoui says he now will be able to go out unsupervised.
He will also be allowed access to the Internet on his home computer, although he will be closely monitored.
Charkaoui, a landed immigrant from Morocco who was arrested in Montreal in 2003 under security-certificate legislation, will still have to wear a tracking bracelet.
Charkaoui says he deserves all of his freedom because he didn’t do anything wrong.
” It was just suspicion for things that happened nine years ago.”
“So, I spent six years of my life, two years in jail and four years with conditions, which I found very humiliating without doing anything wrong.”
