An earlier version of this article was published four years ago on the 9th of September 2006, in the context of the 2006 commemoration of the tragic event of September 2001. Osama bin Laden’s whereabout on September 10, 2001 were confirmed by a CBS News Report. Osama had been hospitalized one day before the 9/11 attacks.

How on earth could he have coordinated the attacks from his hospital bed in a heavily guarded Pakistani military hospital located in Rawalpindi.

CNN reporter: Network censored footage of Iraq ‘war crime’

September 20, 2010 “Raw Story” – -A former CNN Iraq correspondent suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder says his employers wouldn’t run footage he filmed of what he describes as a war crime by US troops, an Australian news source reports.

Michael Ware, who covered Iraq for CNN from 2006 until last year, describes the incident as “a small war crime, if there is such a thing.”

Kondisi korban banjir dan masyarakat Pakistan di wilayah-wilayah yang dikunjungi Tim MER-C sangat memprihatinkan

Hidayatullah.com–Selama dua minggu menjalani misi kemanusiaan bagi korban banjir di Pakistan (27 Ags – 10 Sep 2010), total pasien yang ditangani Tim MER-C, baik pengobatan umum maupun tindakan, sebanyak 2.110 pasien.  Pada hari ke-2 misi, Ahad (29/8), Tim MER-C yang terdiri dari 5 relawan mengawali pengobatan bersama dengan lembaga dari Indonesia lainnya yang didampingi oleh staf KBRI di Pakistan.

Pengobatan dilakukan di wilayah Charsadda yang berjarak sekitar 190 km atau 2 jam dari kota Islamabad.

Keesokan harinya, Senin (30/8), Tim memutuskan untuk bergerak ke wilayah banjir lainnya yang masih minim bantuan medis. Wilayah yang dipilih adalah Multan yang terletak sekitar 800 km dari Islamabad.

Yang melandasi penolakan proyek pembuatan masjid lebih disebabkan oleh ketidakpahaman tentang Islam

Hidayatullah.com–Keinginan komunitas Muslim di negeri kanguru Australia untuk mendirikan masjid atau pusat peribadatan menemui kesulitan yang meningkat sejak peristiwa 11 September 2001 di New York, kata satu sumber.

Namun alasan yang melandasi penolakan proyek pembuatan masjid lebih disebabkan oleh ketidakpahaman tentang Islam, kata Ketua Program Pembangunan Masjid Algester Brisbane, Abdul Rahman Deen, dikutip, Selasa.

“Saat ini memang lebih sulit (untuk mendirikan masjid-red) dibandingkan sebelum kejadian 11 September 2001,” katanya.
